Bob Marley and Sarkodie’s highly anticipated song has been released. On January 20 was the new version of the classic “Stir It Up” song by Bob Marley.

This song’s recognizable guitar strums were notably used in its production by Ghanaian producer MOG.

Sarkodie responded to the project by calling it the pinnacle of his musical career.

The rapper expressed his gratitude to the Marley family for choosing him for the project, noting how excited he was to have this opportunity.

But according to Ghanaian artist manager Mr. Logic, Sarkodie’s contribution to the remix of “Stir It Up” by Bob Marley and The Wailers lacks any distinctive African flavor, making the project unremarkable.

Mr. Logic said he would have liked to hear some African flavour on the track, but it’s simply a simple adjustment, when speaking in the United Showbiz studios of UTV.
