Efya has declared herself the landlord of Ghana’s music, eliciting a huge response on social media. 
On February 2, 2023, Efya made this declaration on her Twitter account.
In contrast to other women, Efya believes her talent and influence on the music industry are unparalleled; hence, the Landlady title.
Even though many people disagree with her for referring to herself as the “Landlady of Ghanaian Music,” Efya still thinks she is superior among to the rest.
Many people have responded to this post on social media, with some saying she shouldn’t be among the top 10 female musicians in the nation and that it’s funny that she’s dubbed herself the Landlady.
Her supporters, who are also standing up for her, think that because she has been reliable and current for more than ten years, she has earned the title of “Landlady of Ghana Music.”
Since she admitted during an appearance on GH ONE TV that she is unfamiliar with the reggae musician, Efya has been a popular topic of discussion for days.
He’s a funny guy who makes humorous music, according to her description as well.
The singer made this statement in response to Blakk Rasta’s recent criticism of Sarkodie and his “wack” performance on the remix of Bob Marley’s “Stir It Up.”
Sarkodie’s verse on the January 2023 release of the remake of “Stir It Up” drew harsh criticism from Blakk Rasta.
“What Sarkodie did was nothing more than a violation of Bob Marley’s legacy. Should I go any further? It is so repugnant that Sarkodie merely desecrated the sacred song. It’s like a king has been buried, and you go and grab the gold and jewels he was buried with “On his program, Urban Blend, Blakk made these claims.
Efya’s criticism of Blakk Rasta infuriated him, and he massively clapped back at her by branding her a notorious drug junkie.
