Ghanaian popular musician Sarkodie receives criticism from Dr. UN
Dr. UN, also known as Kwame Owusu Fordjour, the person behind the Global Blueprint Excellence Awards, has criticized Sarkodie once more on social media.
Earlier in 2020, social media erupted as celebrities including Sarkodie, D-Black, Berla Mundi, academicians, and several politicians allegedly fell for his phony award scam.
Anyone could have found himself in the same scenario, according to Sarkodie, who at that time discussed the development in an interview with Pure FM.
The quality of the attendees at the event gave him the idea that the awards were real, and he also described how his manager had informed him of an email from Dr. UN regarding the award scheme.
However, Dr. UN, who doesn’t seem to care what his detractors, including the recipients of the awards think, has recently taken to social media to defend the legitimacy of his award program.
Dr. UN has stated in one of his most recent statements from January 23, 2023 that the rapper should always be questioned about his decision to take part in the awards program whenever Sarkodie raises concerns about it.
In the Twi language, he said the phrase “What Did You Go To Do There?” as “W) K) H) K) Y3 De3n.”
