I stoned Major Mahama – 2nd Accused tells court;   A stone was thrown at the deceased soldier, according to the second  accused in the case where about 14 people are on trial for the killing of  Military Officer Major Maxwell  Mahama.   Until the event for which he was  prosecuted, according to Bernard Asamoah, an Okada rider, he had never been charged with a crime.   The 22-year-old, who is currently putting out a  defense against the charges of  conspiracy and murder, said that the police's transcription of his statement did not accurately reflect what he  actually told them.   He further admitted to the court that he cried out in fear in front of the  police when he was intimidated to tell the truth.
