In Houston, a city in Texas, a few residents were seen in line and filling up cans of water from a spicket at Hidden park.
As indicated by Erica Simon, a writer in Houston, a large number of individuals have no water. This is due to a heavy snow storm in some parts of the United States of America.
This heavy snow storm also caused blackouts and power outages in some states of America.
