Lil Uzi Vert Implants A Pink Diamond In His Forehead

Lil Uzi Vert on Wednesday posted a video in which he was flaunting a pink diamond implanted in his forehead. Presently, people are debating on how the rapper got the stone set up and if the apparently confused wether this body modification is safe or not.

The 26-year-old rapper got a blended reaction to his new look from individuals who considered it a third eye or alluded to Lil Uzi Vert as a Sims character after he shared the new body modification on Instagram. He captioned the post “Beauty is pain”.

While many  were surprised how  Lil Uzi Vert  implants was done  , as per Luis Garcia, the Vice President of the Association of Professional Piercers, the piecing is a simple one.

“It looks like he has what we would call a vertical bridge piercing, as in the bridge of the nose. That would be an actual piercing with a staple shape barbell that enters at one point, exits at another, and then the big diamond attaches to that bar on the front,” Garcia tells Yahoo Life.

“It’s a piercing, while obviously not super common in typical circles, it’s fairly common in piercing circles. …Definitely not with a giant $24 million diamond on it. But it’s something that gets done.”

With thirty years experience and of him being the piercing industry, Garcia says that the way of piercing is “not dangerous .” However, the almost 11-carat jewel that Uzi connected to it represents some danger.

“With such a big piece, the weight of it, day to day life like washing your face, sleeping, rolling around, wearing a hoody, it’s just gonna be so easy to get that thing snagged. That’s really where the main concern is,” Garcia explains. “The chances of it working out are slim.”

It appears to be that Uzi has been holding up quite a for the piercing to be completed.

On Twitter, the Penn Local shared that he had been paying for the stone from a goldsmith at Eliantte and Co. since 2017.

Concerning any wellbeing chances that Uzi may look for the piecing he completed and the nature of it, Garcia says the most terrible that can happen is a contamination as the skin dismisses the piece, pushing it out of place .

“Overall, not super risky,” Garcia says. “Worst case, he’s gonna end up with a scar when the piercing rejects or fails, depending on how long he keeps it in.”
