“Allow me to state with no quibble that the NDC will not perceive Mr. Akufo-Addo as the President of Ghana until all issues encompassing his defective decisions are agreeably settled,” General Secretary of the gathering Johnson Asiedu Nketia said at a question and answer session today Friday, January 8, 2021.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was on Thursday confirmed as the President of the Republic of Ghana to start his second term in office.
The swearing-in function occurred at the forecourt of the Parliament House.
Akufo-Addo won the December decisions with more than 51 percent of absolute legitimate votes cast to make sure about a second term in office.
The cycle prompting the swearing-in function was almost damaged after troopers raged Ghana’s parliament over an extended impasse between MPs-choose over the appointment of another Speaker of the House.
