The event was held not to only pray for, but also celebrate the life and worth of Jerry John Rawlings.
Immediate family members of Rawlings, former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings and his children Zanetor, Amina, Asantewaa, and Kimathi were present.
Also present was President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr Mahmudu Bawumia, First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo and Second Lady Samira Bawumia.
Former President, John Dramani Mahama, Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin, Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu, Asiedu Nketia and NDC’s National Chairman Samuel Ofosu Ampofo were also present.
