After some interplay between Felix Afena-Gyan and Osman Bukari, Ghana’s professional football player, Kudus Mohammed scored a wonderful goal for Ghana in the 17th minute.
Ghana took a merited 1-0 lead thanks to the Ajax midfielder’s curling strike from the edge of the penalty area.
Andy Yiadom sent the ball in before M Kudus casually flicked it to Afena Gyan, who swapped passes with Osman Bukari, who lay it off for M Kudus once more to curl in into the bottom corner.
Karl Nnamganda equalised for Central African Republic in the 41st minute after the hosts regained the ball from a sluggish Ghana midfield. He was neatly passed through on goal before arrowing home beyond Lawrence Ati Zigi’s dive.
Ghana will go on to compete in the Kiri Tournament in the Asian country, Japan.
