After years of legal battles with his ex-wife after they split up, Nii Odartey Lamptey, the manager of Elmina Sharks and the owner of Glow-Lamp International School in Accra, has won his court case. Former Ghanaian profesional football player, Odartey Lamptey will be able to take ownership of his home tomorrow, according to the Accra Court. Lamptey has been renting since 2014, when his ex-wife filed a claim to the residence following their divorce. The former Ghanaian International football player Odartey Lamptey is finally reclaiming his property in East Legon from his ex-wife. Odartey Lamptey claimed on Angel TV that he purchased the house for $100,000 while playing in Germany in 1998/1999. He went on to add that when his ex-wife filed for divorce, he was given one hour to vacate the residence and that he is overjoyed with the new verdict. “As you can see, this is a house I bought for $100,000 in 1998/1999 while playing in Germany. When my ex-wife filed for divorce, I was given one hour to depart the house.
